The Royals season 3 premiere date announced
Are you ready for the return of some royally good drama and super-sexy shirtless scenes? Season 3 of The Royals – about the scandalous struggles of a contemporary royal family – will premiere on Dec. 4 at 10 p.m., E! has announced.
Following the premiere of pop royalty Mariah Carey’s docuseries Mariah’s World, the hour-long drama will pick up two short weeks after King Simon’s murderer has been executed – no doubt in part due to Queen Helena (Elizabeth Hurley)’s intrepid investigation following that crazy season 2 finale – a big moment that hints at the twisty plots and ample future scandals to come.
And there’s more: With the return of the entire cast, by way of royal twins Princess Eleanor (Alexandra Park) and Prince Liam (William Mosley), as well bodyguard-turned sort of boyfriend Jasper (Tom Austen), there’s sure to be a hefty dose of scandal ahead, especially as seen in the season 3 photos below.
Say it ain’t so! The twins seem to be sitting pretty on late night talk show couch – could it be that Liam is making the rounds as he positions himself as next possible king? But what about Eleanor? What’s her place in all of this?
Speaking of Eleanor, another photo released by E! shows Eleanor and Jasper side by side. Does this mean they’re back on? Or are they on a break? In any case, one thing’s for sure: With Jasper’s security replacement James Hill (Rocky Marshall) still in the picture, it doesn’t seem as though Eleanor’s ready for him to take full responsibility for her safety.
