Breaking news: Matthew McConaughey has a YouTube channel. 

The Oscar winner posted his first video in September 2014 in which he promoted the I Am Waters Foundation to help raise children out of homelessness (shown above). According to Advertising Age, he only amassed 240 followers even though the account was formally verified.

That is, until Reddit discovered the channel this week. Now, McConaughey has close to 59,000 YouTube subscribers and counting. 

At the time of writing, McConaughey had posted six videos, two of which were promotions for his films Kubo and the Two Strings (now in theaters) and Sing (out Dec. 21). Watch more of his videos below.
