LeBron James took a break from the basketball court Saturday night to join Drake onstage during the rapper’s show in Columbus, Ohio, where the player helped perform “Pop Style.”

“Ohio, if you don’t make some noise for the King right now, you’re out of your mind,” Drake told the roaring crowd, as shown in fan-shot video from the concert (via Rolling Stone). “Now we gotta do it for old time’s sake.”

The NBA Finals MVP rapped along to the chorus of the Views track, while Drake changed up some of the lyrics in honor of his guest: “Bronny, Bronny had to handle that one his way.”

“And one more time for the man who came back home and brought a motherf—ing championship instead of doing anything different,” Drake said after the performance. “Make some noise for the King, LeBron James is here tonight. It’s love, man. That’s a hometown hero right there.”

Drizzy further honored James with a concert photo posted to Instagram.

On Thursday, ESPN reported James will sign a three-year deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers worth $100 million. As such, a special Drake-infused celebration was in order.
