Director F. Gary Gray and his cast are heading into the final days of production on Fast and Furious 8, and the entire Fast family are celebrating their hard work with a big thank you to the crew and fans.

“We began in Cuba, visited Iceland, New York and Atlanta,” reads a letter posted to Facebook, “and as we head into our final few days of shooting, we wanted to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to those who have worked so hard over the past 100 days to bring you a movie that is going to be another incredible installment of our saga. Everything we do comes from our shared passion to bring you the very best.”

Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Kurt Russell, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson, Jason Statham, Nathalie Emmanuel, and franchise newcomers Charlize Theron, Scott Eastwood, and Kristofer Hivju posed for a cast photo and were thanked in the statement.

“All of us take our work on Fast & Furious seriously, and we seriously intend to wow the world again,” the letter concluded. “We’ll be back in December with your first look at what we’ve created for you.”

Fast and Furious 8 is scheduled for theaters on April 14, 2017.
