The Flash: Grey Damon cast as Mirror Master

It’s time for The Flash to do some reflecting.

Aquarius star Grey Damon will appear in an early season 3 episode as DC villain Mirror Master, EW has confirmed. In the comics, Mirror Master is exactly what his title suggests: he can travel through mirrors, trap people in them, and perform other mirror-related dastardly deeds.

Damon joins a new roster of super-villains for the CW show’s third season. Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen will face two Big Bads this year, a new speedster and the mysterious Doctor Alchemy (voiced by Saw‘s Tobin Bell), producers revealed at Comic-Con. But Barry won’t be fighting these foes alone – in the Flashpoint universe Barry created by traveling back in time to save his mother, Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) has now adopted the alter ego of fellow speedster Kid Flash.

Damon’s appearance as Mirror Master won’t be the character’s first on the small screen. In the short-lived ’90s TV series, also called The Flash, David Cassidy (The Partridge Family) played the villain, facing off against John Wesley Shipp’s incarnation of the scarlet speedster.
