Massive Attack have enlisted Cate Blanchett for their new “The Spoils” music video, released Tuesday.

The visual focuses on the actress’ eroding face as it shapeshifts through a number of mediums, spanning from a simple wash of colored light to a plastic mask and skin-stripped muscle before finally settling on a stony, mummified cast. John Hillcoat, whose past credits include Bob Dylan and Depeche Mode videos, directed the clip.

“The Spoils,” which features Mazzy Star singer Hope Sandoval, is one of a trio of songs shared via the English trip-hop duo’s Fantom app in late July. They debuted the first video for the collection — “Come Near Me” — three days after the song’s release and previously recruited Kate Moss for a shadowy take on March entry “Ritual Spirit.”

Earlier this year, Massive Attack announced they’d release two EPs and an album in 2016. So far, they’ve released January’s Ritual Spirit.
