After Leslie Jones tweeted up a storm of hilarity around the Summer Games, it didn’t take long for NBC to notice and extend an invite to attend the Rio Olympics.

Jones posted a string of reaction videos to the games that featured her donning a star-spangled outfit and repeatedly shouting “U.S.A.!” at the TV screen. One user on Twitter brought these clips to the attention of Jim Bell, executive producer of the NBC Olympics, who wrote in response, “OK [Leslie Jones]. You’re officially invited to Rio. Want to come?”

Jones also has the support of her Ghostbusters director, Paul Feig, who tweeted, “Go to the Olympics!!! Your country needs you to.”

“Yep I love the Olympics,” Jones wrote while live tweeting the games, “it’s the only time all countries come together to compete! I love it!!”

As well as supporting Team U.S.A.’s Ginny Thrasher, who took home the first gold medal for her country, Jones also had some fun with various Snapchat filters. “I really, really enjoy doing the Olympics today,” she said through a raspberry filter. “I had a lot of juice.”
