Two more stars are rounding out the cast of NBC’s upcoming live musical production of the 2002 Broadway musical Hairspray.

During the Hairspray Live! panel capping NBC’s Tuesday presentation during the Television Critics Association’s annual summer press tour in Beverly Hills, executive producers Neil Meron and Craig Zadan announced the addition of two newcomers to the cast: Sean Hayes as Mr. Pinky (the dress shop owner who sponsors Tracy) and Rosie O’Donnell as the gym teacher (who, at least in the stage show, doubles as Mrs. Pingleton and the prison matron as well, although Meron did not specify whether Rosie will pull triple-duty).

They join the already-stacked ensemble: Harvey Fierstein reprising his Tony-winning role as Edna Turnblad, Jennifer Hudson as Motormouth Maybelle, Ariana Grande as Penny Pingleton, Kristin Chenoweth as Velma von Tussle, Derek Hough as Corny Collins, Martin Short as Wilbur Turnblad, newcomer Maddie Baillio as Tracy Turnblad, Dove Cameron as Velma von Tussle, and Garrett Clayton as Link Larkin.

The cast is still not complete, however. Fans are still awaiting the announcement of who will play the pivotal roles of Seaweed and Little Inez.

Hairspray Live! will be broadcast on NBC on Dec. 7.
