It was an emotional night for Miranda Lambert and the crowd of her Friday concert. At the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, the country singer teared up during a performance of “Over You,” a song she co-wrote with ex-husband Blake Shelton

Fan-shot footage from the concert shows Lambert pausing to collect herself as the crowd supportively sings along. “I told y’all I was a mess,” she laughs while wiping away tears.

Elsewhere in her Illinois concert set, Lambert got choked up again during “The House That Built Me.” Watch clips from the performances below.

Lambert and Shelton collaborated on “Over You” as a tribute to Richie, Shelton’s brother who died years earlier. It later won Song of the Year in 2012 from the Country Music Awards.

Since filing for divorce, Shelton has publicly begun dating Gwen Stefani, while Lambert is currently seeing Anderson East.
