My Chemical Romance’s The Black Parade / Living With Ghosts reissue will officially march in Sept. 23, the band announced Friday.

The release marks the 10th anniversary of MCR’s iconic third LP, which went platinum after its 2006 debut and reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200. The New Jersey group went on to put out 2010’s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys before disbanding the following year.

The fresh take will feature 11 previously unreleased demos and outtakes from original recording sessions with producer Rob Cavallo (Green Day, Eric Clapton). Among the rare cuts included are an early version of lead single “Welcome to The Black Parade,” demos of “Mama” and “Disenchanted,” and five previously unheard tracks: “Party At The End Of The World,” “My Way Home Is Through You,” “Not That Kind of Girl,” “Emily,” and “All The Angels.”

Along with the reissue details, MCR also shared a rough mix of “The Five Of Us Are Dying,” an erratic rocker that would later become “Welcome to the Black Parade.”

Digital and physical versions of The Black Parade / Living With Ghosts are available for pre-order on MCR’s website. View the tracklist and listen to “The Five Of Us Are Dying” below.
