After a breakout role in Captain America: Civil War, Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther (a.k.a King T’Challa of Wakanda) is ready for prime time. The character’s self-titled solo film, directed by Creed‘s Ryan Coogler, is due out in 2018. Plot information is still scarce, but actress Lupita Nyong’o did let some details slip at last weekend’s San Diego Comic-Con. Nyong’o told EW that her character, Nakia, is a member of the Dora Milaje (the Panther’s elite female bodyguards), and may have a complicated relationship with the squad’s leader, Okoye (played by Nyong’o’s Eclipsed collaborator Danai Gurira). She also gave some more details to Marvel’s own red carpet reporter at the convention.

“The story is that Black Panther’s leadership is being threatened by two foes that come together, and so Black Panther gets the help of the CIA and the Dora Milajei to try to defeat the enemy,” Nyong’o said. “Oh dear. Someone is going to fire me shortly. I have to shut up now.”

Asking the CIA for help might bring T’Challla into contact with Everett Ross (Martin Freeman). Ross and T’Challa have a long history of collaboration in the comics, and the two of them both getting introduced in Captain America: Civil War sure didn’t seem like an accident.

As for those “two foes,” we know one is Erik Killmonger, played by Michael B. Jordan — Marvel confirmed as much at San Diego. The other one is still a mystery, but a good bet is Ulysses Klaw (Andy Serkis), who showed up in Avengers: Age of Ultron smuggling some precious Wakandan vibranium. Klaw is a longtime foe of the Black Panther in the comics, and his brief Age of Ultron appearance certainly seemed to be setting him up for a bigger role down the line — but for now, it’s still a mystery.

Watch the cast discuss the film above, and see Nyong’o’s Marvel interview below beginning at the 1:56:14 mark.

Directed by Ryan Coogler, the 2018 superhero film is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name and stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, the king who rules over the Afrofuturist paradise of Wakanda.
