Jessica Chastain is currently in negotiations to join the upcoming Ubisoft Motion Pictures’ adaptation of the video game The Division, EW has learned.

The Zero Dark Thirty actress will join Jake Gyllenhaal, who was previously announced to star in and produce the film alongside Ubisoft’s Gerard Guillemot. The film will follow in line with Ubisoft’s other upcoming adaptations, including Assassin’s Creed with Michael Fassbender and Splinter Cell with Tom Hardy.

The story will be set during a viral pandemic in a dystopian New York City. The Division, also known as the Strategic Homeland Division, is a group of agents sent into the infected area to locate the source of the outbreak.

The video game earned more than $330 million in its first week of sales earlier this year, available on the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows platforms.

Chastain is next starring in Miss Sloane, a gun rights drama, set to be released on Dec. 9.

The Hollywood Reporter first reported the story.
