Karl Urban is going bald — and bad.

Urban’s latest movie, Star Trek Beyond, just debuted this weekend, and he’s already headed to work on his next project: the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok. Urban is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Skurge, a notorious Asgardian executioner who serves the villainous Hela (Cate Blanchett), all while wielding a double-bladed axe. Skurge is also bald, and based on a photo Urban just shared of his freshly-shaved head, Urban’s going for the same look.

“Less is more for Thor!” he wrote on Facebook.

Urban stars alongside returning cast members Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, and Anthony Hopkins, with Hunt for the Wilderpeople director Taika Waititi directing Ragnarok. Other new additions include Jeff Goldblum as the mysterious Grandmaster and Creed’s Tessa Thompson as the Asgardian warrior Valkyrie.
