Jason Bourne is back — and he’s bringing Las Vegas down with him.

In a new featurette from Jason Bourne, the fifth film in the franchise and one that marks Matt Damon’s return as the titular character, the star and crew discuss the epic chase scene that they filmed in Sin City.

“This movie is definitely on another level,” says Damon. “I mean, shutting down Las Vegas Boulevard is really, really exciting.”

Paul Greengrass also returns to the franchise to direct Jason Bourne after sitting out Bourne Legacy, and in the new film he set out to do their biggest action scene yet by closing down the Vegas strip. “The film culminates in Vegas with our best car chase, and I like to think we’ve done some pretty good ones,” boasted the director.

The video shows a wild late night chase through the streets with Bourne in a cop car being chased down by a SWAT truck. No part of Vegas is safe as Bourne and company crash through other cars, railings, and even casinos.

”I was just standing in the middle of Las Vegas Boulevard, it’s massive,” said Damon. “I can’t even wrap my brain around the scale of what we’re doing. It’s a big Jason Bourne movie, bigger than we’ve ever done before.”

Jason Bourne crashes into theaters on July 29.
