Late Night with Seth Meyers - Season 5

Many people have wondered what to do about Donald Trump. Some Republicans, for instance, have wondered whether paying Trump a large sum might If Trump drops out, he’ll get his own 13-episode NBC series where he can play the president on TV without any real-world consequences. Meyers first proposed Chicago President (it is an NBC series, after all) last week, but on Wednesday night he provided further clarification, even going so far as to dream-cast his fake show.

For the role of Trump’s First Lady, Meyers proposed Megan Fox, since she’s “gorgeous, sexy, classy, and most importantly, not age-appropriate.” Trump rival Paul Ryan would be played by Michael Cera (“that way you can bully him by calling him stuff like ‘Little Guy’ or ‘Puny Paul'”). There is much real-life speculation about Trump’s potential VP choice, but on Chicago President his vice president would simply be Kevin James, as played by Kevin James. Past and future versions of Trump would be played by Bradley Cooper and Ryan Gosling, while President Barack Obama would be played by disgraced comedian Bill Cosby.

“If that doesn’t make you want to drop out of the race and star in a TV show where you play the president, I don’t know what will,” Meyers said.
