If there’s one thing we can expect from the eighth installment in the Fast & Furious series, it’s a lot of four-wheeled mayhem. And in this new behind-the-scenes clip from the upcoming Fast 8, that’s exactly what we get — with a slight twist.

Instead of keeping the car chases on the road, this scene takes to the sky, showing seven cars plummeting from a parking garage and onto a moving motorcade. The result is fiery pileup of 35 to 40 cars.

“That’s how we do things on Fast & Furious,” second unit director Spiro Razatos says in the clip. “We do things practical. As long as we do things safe, that’s the bottom line.”

Fast 8 reunites Vin Diesel, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Kurt Russell, and more, with Charlize Theron joining the cast as the villainous Cipher. Straight Outta Compton director F. Gary Gray is helming the project, which will hit theaters on April 14, 2017.
