Your daily guide to the most interesting stuff happening on TV and streaming. All times Eastern.
PICK OF THE NIGHT
Lifetime, 10 p.m.
Everlasting, the Bachelor-esque reality dating show within UnREAL, gets a big shakeup this season with its first ever black suitor, played by B.J. Brit. But, as ever, Constance Zimmer and Shiri Appleby are the real stars. Read our review of UnReal’s second season here.
TBS, 9 p.m.
The superbly silly Naked Gun-ish comedy last left us with Tribeca (Rashida Jones) and Giles (Hayes MacArthur) on the verge of romance. But a lot comes between them in the still-strong second season: jealousy, a coma, and, most dangerous of all, puns! So many puns, the episode is called “Fleas Don’t Kill Me.” There’s also cop stuff, of course; the first case involves a dead body found at a dog park. Plus, the king of comedy cameos, Jon Hamm, makes a quickie appearance.
The 75th Peabody Awards
Pivot, 9 p.m.
The venerable TV honors are always a fun, classy affair, and tonight’s ceremony looks to be no different. Hosted by Keegan-Michael Key, the show will include memorable acceptance speeches from the likes of Jon Stewart, David Letterman, Jill Soloway, Aziz Ansari, Alan Yang, Sam Esmail, and more.
Rizzoli & Isles
TNT, 9 p.m.
The entire Boston Police Department is busy searching for the missing Alice Sands — at least until the Red Sox game comes on.
