A tornado film developed by Sam Raimi is headed to Warner Bros, EW has learned. The project, which is in the very early stages of development, has the working title of Stormfall and is reported to be an action-adventure.

While the production is still in the process of finding a writer and director, the working plot will focus on a heist during a tornado in the Carolinas.

News of this production comes just months after the development of World War 3 between Raimi and Warner Bros. was confirmed. That film’s plot is based on the non-fiction best selling book The Next 100 Years by George Friedman.

Raimi is currently producing Ash vs Evil Dead on the Starz network. The series is based on his Evil Dead trilogy of films that brought the director fame.
