'Ghostbusters' soundtrack will feature Fall Out Boy, Missy Elliott, and Elle King

Ghostbusters is getting a big-screen remake next month, and its soundtrack is getting an update as well. The new movie’s soundtrack will feature music by Elle King, Fall Out Boy featuring Missy Elliott, Pentatonix, and more.

Although the full tracklist hasn’t yet been released, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz confirmed on Twitter that his group’s collaboration with Missy Elliott will be a cover of Ray Parker’s original Ghostbuster’s theme. Additionally, Elle King’s boisterous pop-rock song “Good Girls” was released Friday as the soundtrack’s lead single.

Other artists featured on the soundtrack will include G-Eazy featuring Jeremih, 5 Seconds of Summer, Pentatonix, Walk the Moon, Wolf Alice, and more.

Ghostbusters: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack will be released on July 15, the same day as the film’s premiere. Listen to Elle King’s song “Good Girls” below.
