'Suits' season 6: First look at Mike in prison
Mike is getting a change in wardrobe for the new season of Suits. When USA’s legal drama returns for season 6, he will be starting his stint in prison, and EW has the exclusive first look at the convicted lawyer behind bars.
Fans of the show will recall that in the season 5 finale, Mike (Patrick J. Adams) agrees to sign a plea deal for two years in prison in order to protect his firm, Pearson Specter Litt. Season 6 will pick up immediately after these events, as Mike comes to terms with the hard realities of life in prison. Meanwhile, Harvey (Gabriel Macht) will have to figure out a way to keep the law firm alive after its partners have defected.
In the sneak peek below, a prison guard shaves Mike’s head as he remembers the voices of other characters pleading with him to not take the prison sentence, culminating in the judge revealing a “not guilty” verdict. Then, Mike walks through a group of inmates as he’s led to his cell.
Season 6 of Suits will premiere Wednesday, July 13 at 9 p.m. ET on USA. Check out the exclusive clip below.
