Survivor’s Remorse is preparing to make its return for season 3, and from the looks of things, that means a lot more drama for the Calloways. EW has your exclusive first look at the Starz series’s new season premiering on July 24.

In a short teaser for season 3 of the LeBron James-produced comedy, we learn that Cam’s (Jessie T. Usher) professional basketball career is being jeopardized by some “explosive comments” he made. And on personal fronts, Reggie (RonReaco Lee) and Missy (Teyonah Parris) are lamenting the potential loss of their “power couple” status, and M-Chuck (Erica Ash) is attending therapy sessions to avoid being sent to prison. Cassie (Tichina Arnold) will also be back in action for round 3.

Notably absent from the teaser and the promotional image is Uncle Julius, the fan favorite Calloway patriarch played by Mike Epps. Last season ended on a cliffhanger that had Julius’s life in jeopardy, and his absence from this teaser seems to lend credence to the idea that he died after his car crash. Additionally, Epps is starring in this year’s Uncle Buck reboot, so his character being written off makes a bit more sense.

Survivor’s Remorse moves to Sundays when it premieres on July 24 at 10 p.m. on Starz.
