Sharon Osbourne may be a woman scorned, but not when it comes to her daughter Kelly.

Osbourne — who recently announced her decision to split from her longtime husband, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne — used Tuesday’s edition of The Talk to discuss how daughter Kelly Osbourne tweeted the phone number of Ozzy’s alleged mistress to her more than 4 million followers.

“What can you do but laugh,” Sharon told her co-hosts on Tuesday. “You have to laugh. And she’s just so funny.”

“She’s got your back,” replied co-host Sara Gilbert about Kelly.

“She loves her mom and loves her dad so much and listen, I’m always proud of my girl. What are you going to do? Be angry with her because she loves her mom and dad?” Sharon added.

On Monday, Kelly wrote: “Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-light and blow out and a b—j– call …” She ended up having to defend the missive to her followers, some of whom disagreed with Kelly’s decision to post the number and noted how it took two, ahem, to tango. “Are you my family?” Kelly wrote. “NO YOU ARE NOT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHE DID! So keep ur high-mighty opinions to yourself!”

Though Sharon and her husband have split, a source told PEOPLE they are not considering divorce at this time. In fact, they recently reunited to promote Black Sabbath’s upcoming performance at the 20th-anniversary celebration of Ozzfest.

Ozzy’s reported dalliance may have led to the couple’s split, according to PEOPLE, which also revealed the phone number Kelly tweeted has since been disconnected.
