The TODAY show added another star to its summer concert series Friday when they announced Steven Tyler would join the lineup, making an appearance at the plaza on June 24.

He joins the already-released roster, which includes Fifth Harmony, Alicia Keys, Ariana Grande, Nick Jonas, and more.

The series kicked off on Friday with a performance from Puff Daddy and the Bad Boy Family, which begin their set of reunion shows on Friday at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.

Tyler’s appearance comes just a week before he kicks off his summer tour, which begins July 2 and will run through September. Earlier this month, Tyler performed at New York’s Lincoln Center, giving a taste of what fans can expect from the Aerosmith frontman and his forray into country music.
