While fans continue to unlock the secrets held within the Star Wars: The Force Awakens DVD and Blu-ray, Mark Hamill probably isn’t doing that. The actor, who plays Luke Skywalker in the films, wrote on Twitter that he’s never experienced the original Star Wars films in the comfort of his own home.

“Last time I saw [the] original trilogy was Special Editions on [the] big-screen in ’97 w/ my kids,” Hamill tweeted on Thursday. “Never seen them on home video.” When asked if it was the same case for the prequels, Hamill wrote, “Each as they were released in theaters- Again, never on home video.”

Hamill appeared as Luke Skywalker in George Lucas’ original trilogy of films and reprised his role for J.J. Abrams The Force Awakens. He’ll appear again in Rian Johnson’s Star Wars: Episode 8, which continues production ahead of a 2017 release.
