Apparently “Delta Psi for life” also means the afterlife. Seth Rogen and Zac Efron face the zombie apocalypse in a Neighbors 2 promo spoofing The Walking Dead, where Efron gets soft on the undead when he realizes the walker is a former frat brother.

“I know you can’t see it, but underneath that messed up face there’s a cool brother,” he exclaims. “When you’re brothers, it’s forever — for life and beyond, okay?” That’s not enough to change Rogen’s mind though. After all, once you become a walker, you’re a walker.

Luckily for the fallen fraternity brother, this is all just a scene from Efron’s (fake) pitch for another Neighbors sequel titled Neighbors 3: Zombies Rising. Watch the video above, and see Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising — also starring Rose Byrne, Chloë Grace Moretz, and Selena Gomez — when it arrives in theaters Friday.
