Drake: One Dance on SNL performance
- TV Show
When Drake wasn’t singing about memes or beefing with Lorne Michaels during his host stint on Saturday Night Live, he was turning in a pair of blistering performances as the show’s musical guest.
Drake performed both “One Dance” and “Hype” from his hit album Views.
For “One Dance” — which was introduced by Chris Rock — Drake busted out some of his patented dance moves, performing inside a square box and generally seeming to have a blast. The GIFs are amazing.
For “Hype,” which cast member Aidy Bryant introduced, Drake was once against inside his square box — but with a more subdued lighting scheme for the darker song (there was some fake snow too).
Watch “One Dance” and “Hype” below.
The original late-night comedy sketch show from the one and only Lorne Michaels.
