UPDATE: After posting photos from inside the studio, Zedd announced Wednesday that his “True Colors” collab with Kesha will be released Friday.

EARLIER: Kesha recently joined Zedd onstage at Coachella, where she and the EDM star performed his song “True Colors” — and evidently, that wasn’t the end of their collaboration: Kesha posted a photo of herself in a studio on Instagram Wednesday with the caption, “It’s a miracle when someone gives you a chance at finding your voice again with no reason other than that he is a f–king beautiful person with a heart of gold.”

Kesha’s currently involved in a legal battle against producer Dr. Luke, who she’s accused of sexual, verbal, and emotional abuse, all claims that he has denied in court and on social media. (“I didn’t rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her,” he tweeted.)

Zedd is one of multiple musicians, including Taylor Swift and Jack Antonoff, who have offered to help Kesha during this time. “Very very sorry to hear about the whole situation,” Zedd tweeted at her in February. “I’ll be happy to produce a song for you if you want my help.”
