There’s nothing quiet about Joel McHale’s performance on this week’s Lip Sync Battle.

The former Soup host went all-out for a rendition of Björk’s “It’s Oh So Quiet,” the 1995 hit single that launched her into the collective pop culture consciousness. “It’s Oh So Quiet” was first performed by Betty Hutton, who released the song in 1951.

McHale’s performance mirrors Björk’s Spike Jonze-directed music video, yellow dress and all.

The actor will face off against his former Community costar, Jim Rash, on Thursday’s installment airing at 10 p.m. ET on Spike.
