When Pretty Little Liars ended its sixth season, CeCe identified herself as Charlotte DiLaurentis, better known amongst the fandom as “A.” And that meant, she had a lot of explaining to do.

The season 6B finale unfolded Charlotte’s story, but there was one piece that was missing. And now, EW has an exclusive sneak peek of a deleted scene that gives more detail to Charlotte’s tangled web of lies.

Pretty Little Liars‘ complete sixth season is available on DVD and Digital HD April 19. Season 7 is set to premiere on Freeform on Tuesday, June 21 at 8 p.m. ET.

Four little liars and a being named “A” (who may or may not be the fifth little liar) try to live their lives in Rosewood. It’s complicated.
