Nothing will ever be as fun as saying the name “Soda Popinski” out loud each time you play Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!!, but one gamer is still finding fresh ways to squeeze more life out of the 29-year old boxing classic.

A “new” Easter egg has been discovered by Midwesternhousewives, a YouTube and Reddit user who uploaded a video detailing a previously undetected visual cue within the classic NES title.

It’s common knowledge that Piston Honda, one of the game’s opponents, can be knocked out with a single punch as he winds back for a special attack, but what you (probably) didn’t know is the Punch-Out!! developers have been dropping in-game hints about when to strike this whole time. Midwesternhousewives’ video points out the bearded man standing in the audience in the upper left corner of the screen during the second round of your match with Honda. When this man ducks, that’s your cue to punch.

“I wanted to prove that this wasn’t just a one-time anomaly,” Midwesternhousewives says in the video. “I actually went through and did it all three rounds.”

The same audience member is present during the second round of the next battle (with Bald Bull), again ducking as a visual cue signaling players to strike.

Watch the step-by-step instructional on how to spot the cue for an instant Punch-Out!! K.O. in the video below.
