Daisy Ridley may be the birthday girl, but her Jedi training waits for nothing. To commemorate the actress turning 24, her Star Wars: Episode VIII costar Mark Hamill posted a photo of the pair channeling Luke Skywalker and Yoda.

“A long time ago (last week I think) In a galaxy far, far way (@PinewoodStudios) THIS happened,” Hamill tweeted. “Happy Birthday Daisy!”

The image is reminiscent of the moment in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back when Luke (Hamill) carried Yoda on his back during his Jedi training on Dagobah. Ridley and Hamill are at work filming Star Wars: Episode VIII under the direction of Rian Johnson. The sequel to The Force Awakens, which began principal photography at London’s Pinewood Studios in February, will pick up after Rey sought out Luke to learn the ways of the Force.

The character of Rey, a name Star Wars fan Jacob Tremblay gave to his new puppy, recently earned Ridley the MTV Movie Award for Breakthrough Performance.
