For such a small town, there are a lot of important people required to bring Stars Hollow to life. And thankfully, just about everyone is returning for Netflix’s upcoming four-part revival.
Aside from central characters Rory and Lorelai, EW can now confirm 37 additional returns, from ex-boyfriends to old friends to a dog. Here’s a rundown of everyone who’s going to be part of bringing Gilmore Girls back to life:
Sookie St. James (Melissa McCarthy)
Lorelai’s BFF made it just in time!
Emily Gilmore (Kelly Bishop)
Lorelai’s mother knows how to throw a dinner party (and how to fire a maid).
Luke Danes (Scott Patterson)
Our favorite diner owner is back, and apparently, he’s still wearing the same blue baseball cap from eight years ago.
Lane Kim (Keiko Agena)
She’s a mother, a drummer, and Rory’s best friend.
Kirk Gleason (Sean Gunn)
It’s our favorite townie! The question is: What job(s) will he have now?
Michel Gerard (Yanic Truesdale)
The Dragonfly Inn can’t run without him.
Paris Geller (Liza Weil)
Everyone else better look out.
Logan Huntzberger (Matt Czuchry)
Say hello to Rory’s third boyfriend.

Babette Dell (Sally Struthers)
Lorelai’s neighbor loves her gnomes.
Mrs. Kim (Emily Kuroda)
Good luck trying to get a bargain on her antiques.
Christopher Hayden (David Sutcliffe)
Will he drive a motorcycle or a Volvo?
Gypsy (Rose Abdoo)
Let’s hope the town mechanic hasn’t given up her signature look — pigtails!
Doyle McMaster (Danny Strong)
Please still be with Paris. Please still be with Paris.
Andrew (Mike Gandolfi)
You can probably find him at the book store.
April Nardini (Vanessa Marano)
Wanna bet she still loves science?
Headmaster Charleston (Dakin Matthews)
Chilton wouldn’t be the same without him.
Reverend Skinner (Jim Jansen)
Hopefully he’ll give us an update on Rabbi Barans.
Zack Van Gerbig (Todd Lowe)
He’s Lane’s husband first, and Hep Alien’s lead singer second.
Gil (Sebastian Bach)
Hep Alien can’t perform without its guitarist.
Drella, Miss Celine (Alex Borstein)
She’ll either be playing the harp or helping Emily pick out an outfit.
Bootsy (Brian Tarantina)
You can catch him at the newsstand!
Brian Fuller (John Cabrera)
Hep Alien’s bass player is back … and hopefully no longer living with Lane and Zack?
Miss Patty (Liz Torres)
She can dance, she can sing, she can run this town.
Sophie Bloom (Carole King)
Fingers crossed that she’s teaching Lane’s kids how to play guitar.
Jackson Belleville (Jackson Douglas)
The only thing he loves more than vegetables is his family.
Town Troubadour (Grant Lee Phillips)
He sings! And plays guitar! And sometimes plays harmonica!
