Backstory: Though Chloe x Halle have been making YouTube videos for years (Beyoncé first noticed their 2013 cover of “Pretty Hurts”) and have garnered more than 52 million views, the teenage Bailey sisters broke big this month when they performed at SXSW, introducing Michelle Obama’s panel. They also appeared on the FLOTUS-sanctioned song “This is for My Girls,” written by Diane Warren.
