The song is called “Stone Cold,” but Demi Lovato was on fire during the iHeartRadio Awards on Sunday night.

With help from country music star Brad Paisley on guitar, Lovato performed the song, the latest single off her album Confident.

“Every time I write a song, or every time I do a scene when I act, I always draw from personal experience,” Lovato told Entertainment Tonight in a recent interview. “I think this song, a lot of people can relate to. For me, it was therapy, but I also knew that a lot of people could relate to it — so I wrote it.”

Lovato has performed “Stone Cold” on television before, most notably on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
