Freddie Prinze Jr. to host competition series for celebrity impressionists on USA

Freddie Prinze Jr. is set to host USA’s upcoming competition series pitting celebrity impressionists against each other, the network announced Friday. Big names in comedy including Steve Carell, Jay Leno, Kevin Nealon, Yvette Nicole Brown, Tom Arnold, Jon Lovitz, and Kate Flannery will serve as coaches on the show, titled First Impressions, and Dana Carvey will act as the expert-in-residence.
USA also announced that they’ve ordered eight additional episodes for Chrisley Knows Best‘s fourth season thanks to ratings success. The reality series follows successful Atlanta entrepreneur Todd Chrisley and his family as they go about their daily lives.

“The Chrisleys complete the USA brand and pave the way in meaningful, reality programming consistently providing humor and heart,” USA’s head of alternative programming, Jessica Sebastian, said in a statement. “The family has evolved since we first met them, but time after time they have become even more enjoyable to watch and we cannot wait to continue following them on their crazy, comedic yet always entertaining journey.”
Chrisley Knows Best currently airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET, and the newly added eight episodes will debut in the fall. First Impressions premieres May 10 at 10:30 p.m. ET.
