Portlandia funnyman Fred Armisen will lend his voice to the villain Krang in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Out of the Shadows, a rep for Paramount confirmed to EW.

Accompanied by stars Megan Fox and Stephen Amell, producers Andrew Form and Brad Fuller announced the casting during the film’s WonderCon panel. “Anyone who loves Fred will love what he is doing,” Fuller said, according to IGN.

The brainiac warlord of Dimension X was created for the TMNT animated series in 1987. After rumors swirled about his involvement in TMNT 2, Krang made his debut in the film’s Super Bowl ad and popped up again in the most recent trailer. Form promised at WonderCon that we’ll see more of the character in the marketing moving ahead.
