The Radners are settling into parenthood, but before baby No. 2 arrives, so do some new neighbors.

In Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz) and her friends move in next door to Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) in hopes of starting a new sorority that encourages partying and hooking up.

But this time around, the couple has a secret weapon on their side: Teddy (Zac Efron), whose fraternity the Radners had a similar problem with in the first Neighbors installment. Still, the sorority girls seem to top the frat guys when it comes to wild all-night ragers.

“With the sorority girls, it’s like a glimpse into their daughter’s future, and it terrifies them,” Byrne told EW in December.

So when the girls move in, a new faceoff commences, as seen in the latest poster for the film that Moretz shared on Twitter Thursday.

Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising hits theaters May 20.
