The latest LEGO journey to a galaxy far, far away is not only set to recreate the biggest moments of Star Wars: The Force Awakens but also introduce some of the biggest changes the LEGO series has seen since its inception.

A new trailer for TT Games’ LEGO Star Wars offers an expanded look at the upcoming adaptation of the 2015 box office smash, including the many changes the game is introducing. The latest peek at the upcoming game includes brief glimpses of Blaster Battles, which introduces a cover-based system to the game. (Though likely not as robust as a similar mechanic in a game like Gears of War, this system allows player characters to seek solace from the firefight behind objects and other buildings for the first time in the franchise.)

Additionally, some of the game’s flying options are shown, including both the Millennium Falcon and what looks to be a First Order TIE Fighter. Last but not least, the game also shows the new multi-build system being introduced to the game. Normally in LEGO titles, players will come upon piles of miscellaneous LEGO pieces that can then be built into an item to solve a puzzle or otherwise progress. Multi-build will allow players to choose how they solve a level from several options, including the one in the trailer of distracting stormtroopers with popcorn.

Watch the trailer above for a longer look at these new gameplay systems, more of the game’s humor, and, for a wonderful yet brief moment, playable BB-8.

LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens will hit the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and Windows on June 28.
