While Daredevil‘s debut season featured a host of memorable fights, none have endured like the beloved one-take hallway fight from the show’s second episode. So, can Daredevil‘s second season do anything to match that thrilling sequence?

Speaking with EW, Daredevil‘s Charlie Cox reveals that a particular season 2 fight sequence will evoke the season 1 hallway skirmish, which saw Daredevil, still in his black outfit, popping in and out of a hallway while taking on a group of baddies with the camera never cutting. While season 2 offers plenty of new fight opportunities and styles with the introduction of The Punisher (Jon Bernthal) and Elektra (Elodie Yung), Cox says “there is another scene [in season 2] that is really an homage to that scene.”
