WWE superstar Chris Jericho is the latest celebrity to get meteorological as the guest weatherman for The Weather Network’s Celebrity Forecast. In his segment for “Science Behind the Weather,” Jericho chooses to explain the most explosive natural phenomenon of all: the volcanic eruption.

In his minute-long video, Jericho explains basaltic magma and the volcanic explosivity index as images of volcanoes spin and explode behind him. Along the way, Jericho injects little bits of humor into his explanation: “…which leads to rhyolitic magma, and if you’ve had that, you know how painful it is — go see a doctor immediately.”

Jericho recently hosted USA’s sixth season of the reality competition series Tough Enough, and he also helms his own podcast, Talk Is Jericho.

Previous stars to appear on Celebrity Forecast include Dave Coulier of Fuller House and William Shatner. Check out Jericho’s appearance below.
