The X-Men face their biggest threat yet in X-Men: Apocalypse, but Professor Xavier has assembled a team of his own to face off against Apocalypse’s Horsemen.

The new poster for the upcoming entry in the X-Men franchise complements the recently revealed villains poster with a focus on the film’s “defenders” — Professor Xavier (James McAvoy) and his school of gifted youngsters. The poster includes a few of the mutants who have been with McAvoy’s professor since the start, including Jennifer Lawrence’s Mystique (sans blue skin), Peter Evans’ Quicksilver, and Nicholas Hoult’s Beast. But it also introduces new, younger versions of franchise mainstays, like Sophie Turner’s Jean Grey, Kodi Smit-McPhee’s Nightcrawler, and Tye Sheridan’s Cyclops, all three of which were portrayed by older actors during the series’ first trilogy.

Notably missing are Lucas Till’s Havok and Lana Condor’s Jubilee, both of whom were introduced in the film’s trailer.

Check out the new poster in full below, and for a look at the film’s villains, take a look at the Apocalypse-fronted poster. For more on the film, directed by Bryan Singer and slated for a May 27 release, read EW’s cover story.
