Janet Jackson has postponed another set of tour dates during her Unbreakable run. The UK leg of the world tour was scheduled to begin in three weeks, but the star postponed all of the dates.

Ticket holders received an email from Ticketmaster that said, according to the BBC, “It is not possible to confirm new dates at the present time so we are refunding all ticket holders.”

The British dates was due to start on March 30 in Birmingham; other dates in Glasgow, Manchester, and London were also postponed.

A rep for Jackson did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment.

Last year, Jackson postponed dates on the North American leg of the Unbreakable world tour whemn she underwent surgery on her vocal chords. “It breaks my heart to tell you that I am forced to postpone the Unbreakable Tour until the spring,” she wrote at the time. “Every date will be rescheduled. Please hold on to your tickets. They will be honored in a special way when the new schedule is announced.”

After the news broke, rumors began swirling that Jackson had cancer, and in January she dispelled those myths with a video. “The rumors are untrue. I do not have cancer. I’m recovering,” the clip said. “My doctors have approved my concerts as scheduled in Europe, and as I promised, the postponed shows will be rescheduled.”
