Abe Vigoda laughed off the subject of death rumors and jokes for many years, but even after he died on Jan. 26 at age 94, the Oscars left him off their annual In Memoriam video montage.

Scored to Dave Grohl playing the Beatles’ song “Blackbird,” the three-and-a-half-minute video included tributes to David Bowie and Alan Rickman, among other stars who died in 2016. Also included was Vigoda’s Godfather colleague, Alex Rocco, who played Moe Greene.

The Oscars did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment.

Vigoda wasn’t the only actor to be left out. Juliette Lewis tweeted that it would’ve been nice to see mention of her father, Geoffrey Lewis, who died on April 7.
