EA and DICE continue its rollout of free extra content for Star Wars Battlefront ahead of the game’s first major expansion later this year, including a brand new map now available to players.

Tuesday’s patch for Battlefront on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC introduces the “Twilight” map on Hoth, which will be playable in the Walker Assault, Supremacy, Turning Point, Blast, Fighter Squadron, Drop Zone, and Heroes vs. Villains game modes. A new mission called “Survival in the Ice Caves” has also been added to the list of available survival missions in the game. On a convenient note, the previously released Jakku content is being placed directly into the game so players no longer have to download it separately from their chosen platform’s store.

And for those hoping to make the game look even more like the original trilogy of films — in this case, being shot on film — a new film grain filter has been added to the options menu.

New maps have been added to the Turning Point playlist, and the GNK Droid has been added to Attract Mode. A number of weapons, vehicle, and card changes have also been made, which you can read in full at the official Battlefront forums.

The next big content update will see the first released pack from the game’s available season pass in March. Maps and modes will come to Jabba the Hutt’s palace and the factories of Sullust. And for more, read a complete breakdown of what’s been announced for the coming months.
