On Monday’s episode of The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon’s guests included Eddie the Eagle costars Hugh Jackman and Taron Egerton. For a game of Catchphrase, Fallon recruited sidekick Steve Higgins to be his teammate in an attempt to match their costar chemistry. For the uninitiated, Catchphrase requires players to draw a card and get their teammate to guess the phrase without ever using a word from the phrase as a clue.

Jackman and Egerton’s chemistry was apparent right away: Jackman got his costar to guess “braces” before Fallon even knew what was going on. Fallon and Higgins responded by using an inside joke about Nicholas Cage to seal the first round at the last moment, but they lost the second round when Fallon brain-farted and failed to get “false alarm” despite a bevy of clues from Higgins.

The game went down to the wire in the final round; watch the clip below.
