Strike Back alum Philip Winchester has been tapped to star in NBC’s next Chicago spin-off, Chicago Law, EW has confirmed.

Winchester, who recently starred on the network’s short-lived drama The Player, is the first actor to be cast in the project, which will delve into the world of lawyers and prosecutors in Chicago. Details on his role are being kept under wraps. Deadline.com first reported the news.

Should Law move forward, it will be the third spinoff from flagship series Chicago Fire. Similar to how Chicago Med characters first debuted on Chicago Fire, sources say the Law characters are expected to be introduced on Chicago P.D. sometime this year.

Chicago Med and Chicago Fire air Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. ET, respectively, while Chicago P.D. airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.
