Reviews from critics were generally positive, with EW calling it a “sometimes thrilling period piece dulled by new century Bleak TV.” Yet the first episode started very modestly in the ratings, only delivering 764,000 viewers in the overnights.
Vinyl comes from heavy hitter creators Mick Jagger, Martin Scorsese, Rich Cohen and Terence Winter.
