Henry Winkler is headed to HBO to help out a hitman.

The Happy Days alum and Childrens Hospital star will co-star in the half-hour comedy pilot that stars Bill Hader as a former Marine who has been trying to pay the bills as a hitman in the Midwest, the network confirmed on Wednesday. Not happy with his life, Hader’s character travels to Los Angeles to off someone and “ends up finding an accepting community in a group of eager hopefuls within the L.A. theater scene.”

Winkler, whose recent credits include guest spots on New Girl, Parks and Recreation, and Arrested Development, will play an inspiring acting teacher by the name of Gene Cousineau. Barry‘s cast also includes Sarah Goldberg, Glenn Fleshler and Anthony Carrigan.

Hader is co-writing and directing and executive-producing the pilot, while Silicon Valley exec producer Alec Berg serves as co-writer and executive producer.
