As usual, this year’s Super Bowl was full of memorable commercials, from the entertaining to the downright strange. Ben Stiller, however, was disappointed. Appearing on The Tonight Show the Monday after the big game, the Zoolander 2 star revealed that he had shot his own Super Bowl commercial that got ‘bumped” at the last minute.

“You know, there are all those ads for male Viagra out there, but people don’t realize there’s female Viagra. I thought it’d be great to get the word out, so I did this spot,” Stiller said. “More of a public service announcement than anything else.”

Luckily, Fallon had a copy of the “rejected” clip, so they played it. Viewers were treated to shots of Stiller laying seductively on a bed in a football jersey.

“The thing is, even though zero women suffer from erectile dysfunction, over 98 percent of women over 30 suffer from another condition called ‘not being turned on by their husband anymore,’ ” Stiller said in the ad. “You only take it when you need it, like anniversaries, special occasions, or when your husband rolls over and says, ‘Wanna have sex?’ “

A voice-over narration intones variants on the typical caveats of a Viagra commerical, such as “ask your doctor if you’re mentally prepared to see your husband without his shirt on.”
