Elton John released his latest record Wonderful Crazy Night Friday, but he’s already looking forward to his next project: writing with The Killers on their forthcoming album.

“I’m hoping to go to Vegas and write for the new Killers album,” John says in a promotional video for Shazam.

The international icon first hinted at the collaboration while speaking with Killers frontman Brandon Flowers during Elton John’s Rocket Hour back in November. “When Brandon makes a record — whether it’s for The Killers or on his own — he comes and plays me the album,” John said during the conversation. “Usually I’m very happy and excited to hear it. And I usually play mine to him. So it’s like ‘I’ll show you mine if you show me yours!’”

The Killers released their most recent studio album Battle Born in 2012, with a compilation set Direct Hits following the next year. Flowers also put out a solo record The Desired Effect in May 2015.

In addition to The Killers, John revealed last month that he’d be collaborating with Lady Gaga. “I’m writing with Gaga tomorrow,” he told Zane Lowe during an appearance on Beats 1. “I’ve heard two songs, which are killer.”
